Lakeside Wellness
We are in Belconnen Town Centre, within easy walking distance of Westfield Belconnen and a stone's throw from Lake Ginninderra.
Lakeside Wellness is a holistic wellness centre at Shop 3/21 Benjamin Way, Belconnen ACT 2617. We are known for our open float tank and two-person infrared sauna, and our team of naturopaths, therapists and a registered nurse also offers naturopathy, nutrition, massage, lymphatic drainage and IV vitamin therapy under one roof.
Two of the best ways to switch off and recover, both under one roof.
Our open float tank is spacious, with none of the closed-in feel of a pod. You float in warm Epsom salt water heated to skin temperature. Towels and earplugs are provided.
A two-person far-infrared sauna that warms you from the inside out for a deep sweat, without the humidity of a traditional sauna. Sessions run for up to 45 minutes.
Sauna and float combo, $99. A 30 minute infrared sauna followed by a 60 minute float. Book online or see all prices.
